Carly Whitington is a Spinal Energetics and Bodywork Practitioner weaving the arts of Embodiment, Somatics, and Sacred Sexuality. With roots as a Yoga Teacher, Reiki facilitator, and Masseuse, her work is an embodied fusion of science, energy, and artistry — a living expression of transformation and truth.
Guided by lived experience and deep study of the body’s wisdom, Carly holds powerful spaces for healing, liberation, and self-remembrance. Through 1:1 sessions, group journeys, and immersive retreats, she supports individuals to realign their nervous systems, reclaim pleasure, and awaken their innate magnetism.
Her facilitation is sensual, grounded, and potent — a dance between shadow and light, masculine and feminine, body and soul. Whether online or in person, Carly invites you to reconnect to your essence, expand your capacity for love and abundance, and taste liberation through embodied truth.
With an extensive history in the corporate world and business development, Carly works alongside those within the industry to understand the correlation between nervous system regulation and business success and magnetism.
