Carly Whitington is a Spinal Energetics and Bodywork Practitioner weaving the arts of Embodiment, Somatics, and Sacred Sexuality. With roots as a Yoga Teacher, Reiki facilitator, and Masseuse, her work is an embodied fusion of science, energy, and artistry — a living expression of transformation and truth.

Guided by lived experience and deep study of the body’s wisdom, Carly holds powerful spaces for healing, liberation, and self-remembrance.
